I'm Shane Lusher, the founder of Fortycation Publishing.
After wanting to write a novel for just about the entire first forty years of my life, I finally sat down and did it. New Blood was published in 2015, one year after my fortieth birthday. Since then I've written 5, and I'm still going .
Fortycation Publishing was first an event, and then an idea. A group of friends from across the world met in Iceland in a fortieth birthday celebration for a week of snowmobiling, hiking and canyoning. At the end, I was left wondering: what's next? What do I do now?
